Strategies to Maximize Earnings

Accept Higher Value Jobs

Why: 15% commission is the same regardless of job size.

Example:

  • 10 jobs of €20 each:
    • Gross total: €200
    • 15% commission: -€30
    • Net: €170

VS.

  • 5 jobs of €40 each:
    • Gross total: €200
    • 15% commission: -€30
    • Net: €170

Difference: €0 (same) but 5 jobs takes less time than 10!

Optimize Your Time per Job

Why: Commission is fixed %, but your time varies.

Inefficient job:

  • Price: €30
  • Commission: -€4.50
  • Net: €25.50
  • Time: 2 hours (with waits, delays)
  • Earnings: €12.75/hour

Efficient job:

  • Price: €30
  • Commission: -€4.50
  • Net: €25.50

Consult a tax advisor, but generally:

  • Declare what you actually received in your bank
  • Simpler
  • Example: You received €40 → Declare €40

Option B: Declare gross income with commission as expense

  • Declare €50 (job price)
  • Deduct €7.50 (commission as operating expense)
  • Net result: €42.50
  • More complex but may have tax advantages

Important: ReciGo reports to tax authorities your gross income (before commission) under DAC7.
