How much does ReciGo charge?

ReciGo charges a service fee of €1.49 that is added to the price you choose for the job.

How does the pricing model work?

ReciGo charges a fixed fee of €1.49 to customers and a 15% commission to helpers. This allows:

Refunds and Disputes

If you cancel before assignment

• ✅ Full refund (100%)
• No commission

If you cancel after assignment (>2h before)

• ⚠️ Commission non-refundable
• Job price is refunded

If there's a dispute

• ReciGo decides case by case
• Possible outcomes:
  • Full refund (customer + commission)
  • Partial refund
  • No refund (if job completed correctly)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I avoid the commission by paying outside the app?

❌ Not allowed

Paying outside ReciGo:

• Violates Terms of Use
• Leaves you without protection (no guarantees, no support)
• Can result in permanent suspension
• The helper loses their account too

Does the commission change by job type?

No, the commission is the same for all job types (Move, Recycle, Dispose).

Are there discounts for frequent customers?

There's currently no loyalty program, but it's in development:

• Volume discounts (coming soon)
• Referral credits (Q2 2026)

Is the commission higher on holidays?

No, ReciGo's commission is always the same. But:

• The job price may be higher (helpers charge more)
• The commission is calculated on that higher price

Can I see the breakdown before posting?

Yes, always. ReciGo shows the complete breakdown:

1. In step 4 of "Post job"
2. Before confirming payment
3. When accepting a bid

Your card is never charged without showing you the exact total.
